We are a pre-professional dance company for dancers interested in pursuing dance as a career. PYDC provides dancers with an exceptional training and experiences that bridge the gap between a studio and professional dance company: during their time at PYDC our dancers work on solo and group choreography as well as create their own short choreographies. Dancers participate in dance festivals, competitions, dance films, and in workshops with educators from esteemed university dance programs as well as international artistic directors from World class dance companies.

By the end of the program, dancers have a better understanding of the skills required from a professional dancer in the 21st century, therefore they are ready to be accepted at dance companies and university level dance programs.
